At Reebok, we stand behind our gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include the packing slip provided in the portal.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our site and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
